FPD Global Integrated Services, Inc. is a joint venture between FPD Asia (which has 51% controlling ) and Bizdevco.(which has 49% controlling). FPD Global was incorporated in 2007. FPD Global was born out of the desire of FPD Asia to expand its facilities management business. FPD Global handles market studies, property appraisal, commercial leasing and property management, car park management and brokerage. It has an affiliate company called MyHometel, Inc., which is into the affordable hospitality management business.

FPD Asia (www.fpdasia.net), on the other hand, has over 80 plus office and residential buildings currently under its portfolio, it is the number one facilities management company in the Philippines with an approximate market share of 25%.  FPD Asia is also into an exclusive joint venture with Landco Pacific, a leading residential resort developer in the Philippines.
